DRYtex® Lady Washable Absorbent Pants

These incontinence pants are like standard ladies briefs. They have a waterproof liner and an absorbent pad inside. They are designed to fit closely around the legs to prevent leakages. They are available in 5 sizes from small to XXL.

The absorbent pad has a stay dry surface, which has a one way capillary action to pull urine away from the top layer of the pad and into the absorbent core. This means that if some leakage occurs, it will be drawn deep inside the pad and away from your skin, leaving you feeling fresh and hygienic.

These pants are suitable for women with light leakage or stress incontinence. They can be washed with your normal laundry and tumble dried.

DRYtex® Pouch and Pad System Washable Incontinence Pants for Women

Pouch and Pad pants offer a greater level of absorbency than absorbent pants. Pouch pants are fitted with an external pouch that accepts a disposable insert pad. This disposable insert pad can be changed when wet, meaning that you can stay dry all day, simply swapping the pads when they are wet. The advantage with this kind of product is that you don’t need to undress to change the pad, just take out the old pad and put a new one in.

Even though you can use a very absorbent pad in the pouch pants, the profile is not significantly altered, so you can discreetly wear the pants as normal under any of your usual clothes, and the incontinence pants won’t be visible underneath.
